Mamaj Aviation Career Development Advocacy Conference Held Tomorrow

A conference organized to continuously draw the attention of enthusiasts to mainstream aviation and provide career paths in the industry will be held tomorrow November 25, 2022 at Lagos Airport.
The conference is themed “Inspiring the Next Generation of Aviation Professionals” through Scholarship and Sponsorship.
Organizer and owner of Mamaj Aviation Consult Limited, Joy Ogbebo, said the conference would be held at the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) Annex at the International Wing of Murtala Muhammed Airport ( MMIA).
This conference, a career development initiative held annually with the aim of promoting advocacy for career development in aviation and inspiring and attracting young Nigerians to the exciting world of aviation, brings together stakeholders, aviation training organisations, professionals and budding young people.
The purpose and objectives of the conference, according to the organizer, include “to introduce and mentor the next generation of aspiring aviation professionals on existing career opportunities in aviation, introduce them to their career choice, help them identify key skills, highlight the valuable and strategic role of Airmen, create a platform for professional and aspiring Airmen to connect and share their knowledge, as well as put them in contact with the training organizations concerned.
The annual conference, which attracts a large number of attendees, offers discussions, mentorship sessions and excellent networking opportunities with stakeholders, aviation schools and professionals.
The keynote speaker for this year’s edition is NCAA Chief Executive Captain Musa Nuhu, while special guest speakers are the Chief Executive of the Nigerian Airspace Management Agency (NAMA), Mr. Mathew Pwajok and the rector of the Nigerian College of Aviation Technology. (NCAT), Zaria, Captain Modibo Alkali Mahmud.
